The SubThreshold MicroTENS is a physiologic device that delivers the required pulse and frequency for dentists practicing the physiologic approach to treating TMD and OSA. The SubThreshold MicroTENS can effectively relax muscles just like the standard MicroTENS but delivers a lower amplitude pulse which will not cause muscles to visibly react to the pulse, and may be more comfortable for some patients than higher amplitude TENS.
